With over 30 years of global HR leadership across 30 countries, Sheena Rajan is a distinguished HR strategist, board-level advisor and organisational transformation leader known for aligning people strategy with business performance.
She has advised multinational corporations, MSMEs, startups and family-owned enterprises across diverse markets, including India, the Middle East, the USA, Africa and Singapore. Her expertise spans strategic HR advisory, organisational transformation, workforce strategy, corporate governance, HR compliance, leadership development and digital HR transformation.
Beyond corporate leadership, Sheena has served on corporate boards in Singapore and India and is a sought-after speaker at leading industry forums including the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Dubai Chambers.
